Ötən həftə yağan intensiv leysan yağışları qısa müddətdə Daşkəsən, Gəncə, İsmayıllı, Qəbələ, Şamaxı, digər şəhər və kəndlərdə güclü dağıdıcı selə və çaylarda daşqınlara səbəb olub.

Gəncədə gölün bəndi dağılıb evlər 1 metrə qədər su altında qalib və 50-60 ev zərər çəkib. Qiymətləndirmə nəticəsində daha çox zərər çəkmiş 25-30 evin yardıma daha çox ehtiyacı var.

Daşkəsən şəhərində rayonun Qabaqtəpə, Əmirvar, Gurbulaq, Dəstəfur, Alaxançallı, Xoşbulaq, Çovdar, Çanaqçı və Qaraqullar kəndlərində çaylar məcrasından çıxaraq daşıb. Rayonun yol infrastrukturu, elektrik xətləri, fərdi yaşayış evləri, əkin sahələri və heyvandarlığa ciddi ziyan dəyib. Dağlardan iri qaya parçaları və palçıq kütlələri avtomobil yollarına töküldüyündən nəqliyyatın hərəkəti məhdudlaşıb. Bəzi yaşayış evlərinə su dolub.

Qəbələ Uludaş kəndində 10-a yaxın evi su basıb və çoxlu sayda əkin sahələrinə ziyan dəyib.

İsmayıllıda yol infrastrukturuna ciddi ziyan dəyib, kəndlərlə əlaqə kəsilib. Dağdan daş axını baş verib və bir neçə yaşayış yerini sel dağıdıb. 15-20 ev sel nəticəsində zərər çəkib.

Şamaxıda yol infrastrukturuna ciddi ziyan dəyib, kəndlə əlaqə məhdudlaşıb. Kənd daxilindəki yollar da seldən və daşqınlardan zərər çəkib. Digər rayonlardan fərqli olaraq Şamaxının rayonunda və kəndlərində fərdi yaşayış evlərinə yüngül ziyan dəyib.

May və iyun ayları üzrə Azərbaycan Qızıl Aypara Cəmiyyəti və Beynəlxalq Qızıl Xaç Komitəsi birgə olaraq keçmiş təmas xəttinə yaxın kəndlərdə “Mina və partlamamış hərbi sursatların yaratdığı təhlükələr” mövzusunda Füzuli rayonunun aşağı Alıxanlı kəndində Post test və Qapı-Qapı sessiyası həyata keçirib.

Yayım sessiyasının məqsədi insanları mina və partlamamış hərbi sursatların yaratdığı təhlükələr və təhlükə ilə qarşılaşıldığı zaman atılacaq addımlar haqqında məlumatlandırmaq və təhlükələrdən qorumaq olub. Fəaliyyətlər AzQAC-ın könüllüləri tərəfindən həyata keçirilib.

Tədbirdə Cəmiyyətin Silahlara Qarşı Mübarizə proqramına məsul şəxs Məmməd Kətanov, BQXK-nın Silahların Yaratdığı Təhlükələr şöbəsinin əməkdaşı Nicat Məmmədov iştirak ediblər.

BQXK-nın Ombudsman Aparatı üçün təşkil edilən müzakirə prosesi iyun ayının 20-21 tarixlərində baş tutub. Beynəlxalq Mina Təmizləmə Standartları və mina qurbanlarına dəstəyin diqqət mərkəzində olduğu olan bu görüş zamanı mina qurbanlarının problemləri və beynəlxalq təcrübə ilə əlaqədar bir çox məsələ müzakirə edilib.

Tədbir zamanı ANAMA-nın verdiyi məlumata görə son 30 ildə Azərbaycanda təxminən 3350 nəfər minaların qurbanı olub. Seminarda Azərbaycan Qızıl Aypara Cəmiyyətinin nümayəndəsi Məmməd Kətanov tərəfindən bu sahədə Azərbaycanda görülən işlər və AzQAC- ın bu prosesdə rolu tədbir iştirakçılarının diqqətinə çatdırılıb. Tədbirin sonunda Ombudsman Aparatının əməkdaşlarına Beynəlxalq Qızıl Xaç Komitəsi tərəfindən sertifikat təqdim olunub.

22 iyunda Azərbaycan Respublikasının Ailə, Qadın və Uşaq problemləri üzrə Dövlət Komitəsinin dəvəti ilə Xətai rayon H.Əliyev parkında keçirilən Türk və Azərbaycan folklor sənətçilərinin ifasında “Göydən üç alma düşdü” adlı böyük nağıl bayramında miqrant ailələr və uşaqlar iştirak ediblər.

Tanınmış folklorşünas-nağılçıların dili ilə söylənən nağıllar, şeirlər, xüsusi hazırlanmış əyləncə proqramı, rəngarəng ifalar hər bir uşaq üçün unudulmaz istirahət və sevinc olub.

Tamaşadan sonra miqrant valideynlər təşkilati dəstəyə görə Azərbaycan Qızıl Aypara Cəmiyyətinin rəhbərliyinə, müəllimə Sona Hacıyevaya və dəvətə görə komitənin məsul işçilərinə təşəkkür ediblər.

16 iyun 2023-cü il tarixində Azərbaycan Qızıl Aypara Cəmiyyəti Psixi Sağlamlıq və Psixososial Dəstək siyasətinin müzakirəsi ilə bağlı iclas keçirib.

Görüş Beynəlxalq Qızıl Xaç və Qızıl Aypara Cəmiyyətləri Federasiyası (BQXQACF) Psixi Sağlamlıq və Psixososial Dəstək (PSPSD) üzrə nümayəndəsi Alaa Alnasser tərəfindən aparılıb.

Görüşün əsas məqsədi PSPSD siyasətinin ilkin vəziyyətini təqdim etmək və müzakirə etmək olub.

Azərbaycan Qızıl Aypara Cəmiyyəti (AzQAC) üçün Psixi Sağlamlıq və Psixososial Dəstək Siyasətinin hazırlanması BQXQACF-in və AzQAC- nin əməkdaşlıq formasında aparılan birgə layihəsidir.

Siyasətin hazırlanmasında AzQAC-ın növbəti əməkdaşları fəal iştirak edir: İcraçı katibin müavinləri Elşən Səlimzadə və Xalidə İsgəndərova, Sağlamlıq və Qayğı şöbəsinin əməkdaşları Əminə Cabbarova və Nigar Qədəşova, Təhsilə Giriş üzrə əlaqələndirici şəxs Fərid Seyidzadə, İcma Sağlamlığı proqramının əməkdaşları Mətanət Qaraxanova və Sona Haciyeva.

Yuxarıda sadalanan əməkdaşların hər biri öz töhfələrini vermək və Milli Cəmiyyətin PSPSD sahəsində hərtərəfli və effektiv siyasətinin hazırlanmasını təmin etmək üçün iclasda iştirak ediblər.

15-17 iyun 2023-cu il tarixlərində Azərbaycan Qızıl Aypara Cəmiyyəti “CELT” kurslarında ilk yardım biliklərini yaymaq məqsədilə 3 günü əhatə edən İlk Yardım təlimləri keçirib.

İlk öncə Sağlamlıq və Qayğı şöbəsinin müdiri Əminə Cabbarova tələbələrə Hərəkatın tarixi, onun əsas prinsipləri və emblemləri, həmçinin Azərbaycan Qızıl Aypara Cəmiyyəti və onun fəaliyyətləri barədə ətraflı məlumat verib.

3 günlük İlk Yardım təlimi Dr. Şahin Biləndəri tərəfindən həyata keçirilib. Təlim zamanı iştirakçılara ilk yardımın əsasları, huşsuz nəfəs alan, bərpa vəziyyəti, tənəffüs yollarının tutulması, qanaxma, sınıqlar, zəhərlənmələr, yanıqlar kimi əhəmiyyətli mövzular haqqında geniş məlumat verilib və praktiki nümayişlər göstərilib.
