14 fevral tarixində ölkədə səhiyyə sahəsində fəaliyyət göstərən QHT-lər üçün İcbari Tibbi Sığorta üzrə Dövlət Agentliyinin “1542” Çağrı mərkəzində “Açıq qapı” günü təşkil edilib.

42 nəfərdən ibarət işçi heyəti olan çağrı mərkəzinin fəaliyyəti ilə əyani şəkildə təqdim edilib. Zənglərin qəbulu, qeydə alınması, operativ cavablandırılması, müraciətlərin həlli istiqamətində aparılan araşdırma prosesi barədə ətraflı məlumatlar verilib. Bu proqram təminatı üzərindən monitorinqin təşkili, statistik məlumatların təhlili və incələnməsi, işin keyfiyyətinin canlı izlənilməsi əhaliyə göstərilən İTS xidmətlərinin təkmilləşdirilməsinə xidmət edir.

Görüşdə AzQAC-ın “İcmaya əsaslanan sağlamlıq” proqramının kordinatoru Mətanət Qaraxanova iştirak edib.
